Fred DeRoma and Son’s Highway Reconstruction projects often include a multifaceted underground utility scope. Since 1974,  we have specialized in underground utility infrastructure that includes traffic signals, street lighting, tel/data, water, sewer and drainage.

We maintain long-standing relationships with Utility Vendors and Agencies to successfully and safely incorporate their services into our projects.
